Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchase Refunds

1.1. All credit purchases on MockPrep are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
1.2. If credits were purchased but not received due to technical issues, contact our support team within 24 hours.

2. Failed Transactions

2.1. If your payment was processed but credits were not added to your account, we will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
2.2. Double charges will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
3.1. Technical issues preventing service access for more than 24 hours
3.2. Unauthorized transactions (with bank verification)
3.3. Service discontinuation before credit usage

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Used credits (partially or fully)
4.2. Expired promotional credits
4.3. Credits from promotional or discount offers

5. Refund Process

5.1. Submit refund requests through our support system
5.2. Include transaction details and reason for refund
5.3. Provide any required documentation
5.4. Allow 7-14 business days for processing

6. Payment Method

6.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
6.2. Bank charges or transaction fees are non-refundable

7. Special Circumstances

7.1. Account termination does not qualify for credit refunds
7.2. Force majeure events will be handled case by case
